Ravifruit Pineapple Compotée is made with Reunion Island's most emblematic fruit, “Victoria pineapple”, which received a Red Label accreditation in 2005, making it one of France's best pineapples. This delectable yellow fruit with a tropical fragrance has a delicious, tender flesh, accentuated with natural vanilla and rich coconut purée. Cooking fresh fruits down to a compotée is a time-consuming process. With Ravifruit Compotées, you can save that effort to focus on your creations. It is difficult to preserve the fruit pieces and natural colours from handmade compotées. Ravifruit Compotées is consistent in fruit pieces, texture, colour and taste everytime.
