These beans are blend of Planifolia Indonesia & Tahitian Papua New Guinea. Our Tahitian dominant blend possesses rich oily black beans with a pleasant vanilla aroma. The beans are Gourmet grade and typically used beverage, dairy, and bakery applications. Pairs well with nutmeg, clove, and ginger.
