SPONGE CAKE GEL/EMULSIFIER 900G

Our Redman Sponge Cake Gel is from Malaysia and is used to give sponge cakes that extra lift and volume. It is an emulsifier that is commonly used to stabilise air bubbles in cake batter, so that the finished product is light and airy. Store in a cool, dry place.
