Product Information:

The texture and taste of these quinoa seeds are similar to that of brown rice and oatmeal. It has a grain-like texture after it is cooked. The seeds are nutty, crunchy and creamy. Black in colour, it is classified as a whole grain and one cooked cup contains up to 8g of protein and 5g of fiber. Store in a cool and dark environment.

How to Use:

Rinse the quinoa seeds under cold water before cooking. Use two parts water to one part quinoa and simmer until fluffy. For a protein-packed smoothie, blend directly into your favorite mix.
