A thin coating of wax on each side, which prevents food from sticking to it and makes it moisture-resistant. It's waterproof, greaseproof and non-stick. Useful for food and wrapping. Do not use wax paper to line baking sheets or cake pan or put it in hot oven. Wax might melt at high temperatures. Country of Origin: China
