Product Information:

These individually frozen, Class A chicken drumsticks are sourced from France and supplied in a 700g pack containing approximately 5 to 9 pieces. They can be prepared in the oven, on the barbecue or under a grill. Suitable for serving with vegetables, fries or other side dishes, they can also be marinated with herbs and spices before cooking. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked before consumption.

How to Use:

For oven cooking, thaw in the refrigerator for 12 hours, then bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes. Alternatively, cook from frozen at 200°C for 43–45 minutes or grill over hot coals for 21–23 minutes, turning regularly. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked before consumption.

Spiced Marinated Chicken Drumsticks — Prepare a marinade using garlic, olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, thyme, ginger, salt and pepper. Coat the thawed drumsticks and refrigerate for 3 hours before cooking in the oven or on the barbecue.
