Product Information:

Louis Honoré Crème de Cassis is a French blackcurrant liqueur made by infusing blackcurrant berries in alcohol. It has a deep dark-red color and is presented at 15% alcohol by volume. The recipe includes blackcurrant, blackcurrant juice from concentrate and blackcurrant buds, balanced with sugar and glucose-fructose syrup. This liqueur is suitable for cocktails, aperitifs and selected dessert preparations.

How to Use:

Serve in small quantities as an aperitif or use it as an ingredient in cocktails. It can also be added to selected desserts or fruit-based preparations for blackcurrant flavor.
