Product Information:

Organic Camus artichokes are fresh French-grown vegetables classified as Category 2 produce. The stated calibre is 15. They can be prepared by trimming the outer leaves and cooking the artichoke until tender. The cooked hearts can be served as a side dish or incorporated into salads, soups and other recipes. The central fuzzy choke should be removed before eating.

How to Use:

Rinse the artichokes, trim the stems and remove the tougher outer leaves before cooking. Steam or boil until tender, then remove the central fuzzy choke before eating.
