Organic White Garlic is a fresh bulb vegetable grown using organic farming methods in France. Its individual cloves can be peeled, chopped, crushed or used whole depending on the preparation. Garlic adds depth to sauces, marinades, dressings, soups, roasted vegetables and meat dishes. The bulbs are presented in a calibrated size range of 50–60 mm.
