Organic Grey Canada apples are a traditional French apple variety with a distinctive russeted bronze-green skin. The fruit is suitable for eating fresh as well as for cooking and baking. Its balanced sweet and slightly tart character makes it suitable for both sweet and savoury preparations. The apples can be sliced into salads, served with cheese, or used in pies, tarts and compotes. The stated calibre is 136/165 g per fruit.

How to Use:
