Product Information:

Organic shallots are fresh French-grown allium vegetables classified as Category 2 produce. The stated calibre is 20–40 mm. They can be used raw or cooked and prepared by slicing or dicing according to the dish. Shallots are suitable for stir-fries, roasts, casseroles, salads, dressings and garnishes.

How to Use:

Peel away the outer layer, then slice or dice the shallots as needed. Use them raw in salads and garnishes or cook them in stir-fries, roasts, casseroles and other dishes.
