These skinless, boneless frozen portions have a mild flavor and delicate texture, making them ideal for a wide variety of seafood dishes. Quick and convenient to prepare, they can be pan-fried, oven-baked, microwaved, or simmered from frozen. Perfect for healthy family meals, they pair well with vegetables, rice, potatoes, and your favorite sauces.
How to Use
Cook directly from frozen. Pan-fry for 8–10 minutes per side, microwave for 3 minutes 30 seconds (900W per 100g), oven-bake at 200°C for approximately 12 minutes, or simmer gently for about 13 minutes.
