This Korean-style bulgogi sauce is a soy-based marinade designed for preparing beef, chicken, seafood and vegetables. It combines soy sauce, corn syrup, pear and apple purées, pineapple purée, garlic and onion for use in Korean-inspired marinades and cooked dishes. Marinate meat or seafood in the sauce before cooking, or brush it onto food during grilling while turning it regularly. It can also be used as a cooking sauce for stir-fried meat and vegetables.

How to Use:

For marinating, use approximately 500 g of sauce for 2.3 kg of meat and marinate for at least 30 minutes. For grilling, brush the sauce onto the meat while cooking and turn it continuously. Refrigerate after opening.
