These thin Korean wheat noodles, known as somyeon, are a versatile pantry staple for preparing both hot and cold noodle dishes. Their fine strands cook quickly and work well in clear broths, including Korean-style anchovy broth. Once cooked and cooled, they can also be served with a spicy gochujang-based sauce or in a chilled noodle salad. The 900 g pack is suitable for preparing multiple meals or serving several people.

How to Use:

Bring approximately 3 litres of water to a boil for every 100 g of noodles. Add the noodles and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking. Drain and rinse immediately under cold water for cold noodle dishes, or serve hot in broth.
