Beksul Korean Pancake Mix is a seasoned flour blend designed for preparing Korean-style savoury pancakes. Wheat flour forms the main ingredient, complemented by salt, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper for seasoning. The blend also contains glutinous rice flour, a thickener and baking powder to support preparation. Use it to make Korean pancakes with vegetables or seafood, served as a snack, side dish or part of a meal.

How to Use:

Mix the pancake powder with water and prepare the batter according to the package directions. Cook the batter in a lightly oiled pan until the pancake is cooked through and browned on both sides.
