Redman Pectin LM is is a low ester pectin (non amidated) extracted from citrus peel and standardized by addition of sucrose. It has a spreadable smooth texture with good and smooth mouthfeel flavor release. It is suitable as a gelling agent for low sugar jams and fruits yoghurt.

How to Use:

Simply incorporate into fruit-based recipes to create stable, low-sugar gels and smooth textures in jams and yoghurts.
