Product Information:

This UHT sterilized cooking cream contains 18% milk fat and is formulated for culinary use. The recipe combines cow's milk cream with starch, a thickener and an emulsifier. It is suitable for both hot and cold culinary preparations and provides thickening and coating properties during cooking. The 20CL format is intended for portioned household and food-service preparation.

How to Use:

Use the cream directly in hot or cold culinary preparations according to the recipe. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours; do not freeze.


Suggested Recipes:

Use it to prepare a creamy mushroom pasta sauce by adding the cooking cream to sautéed mushrooms and incorporating it into the cooked pasta.
